How to Use It
As a thickener: Stir into soups, sauces, gravies, and stews for a smooth, glossy finish. Use 1–2 tablespoons per cup of liquid. Unlike cornflour, tapioca thickens at a lower temperature and stays clear when cooled.
In baking: Blend with other gluten-free flours (such as rice flour or almond flour) to add lightness and chewiness to breads, muffins, and cookies. Also excellent in fruit pie fillings and desserts.
In Asian cooking: Used in bubble tea pearls, dumplings, and rice paper wrappers.
Ingredients & Allergens
Certified Organic Tapioca Flour (Thailand). Gluten Friendly.

Lovely bright white starch as it should be, always well labelled.
I always have Tapioca Flour in the pantry and use it in a variety of recipes. I use it as a thickener in place of cornflour, or in baking, last night used it in a custard recipe. And as always from Family Pantry, the quality of this product is great
