What is it?
Made from organically and sustainably grown tapioca, this flour is milled with meticulous care, using traditional methods without treatments, such as chemical bleaching. Tapioca flour is extracted from cassava root.
Where can I use it?
Tapioca is a slightly sweet, fine flour high in starch. It is commonly used as a thickening agent in cooking, or to make fruit fillings and dessert. If mixed with other flours, it can be also used in baking.

Lovely bright white starch as it should be, always well labelled.
I always have Tapioca Flour in the pantry and use it in a variety of recipes. I use it as a thickener in place of cornflour, or in baking, last night used it in a custard recipe. And as always from Family Pantry, the quality of this product is great
