Really nice sunflower seeds. They may not be as fat or uniform as what you find elewhere, but they taste better.
I buy a lot of these and they're always just eaten raw after pre- soaking to release enzyme inhibitors. The birds around here always get thrown a handful as well as they adore them!
These are lovely and crunchy and great addition to salads and muesli or for eating on their own
I absolutely love these! You can taste and smell they are fresh. I loved sunflower seeds as a child and the hard, dry, store-bought ones I find just don't compare to these.
Best quality. Love them sprouted.
