What is it?
This flour is a wholemeal flour, gently milled in Zentrofan mills which produces a very finely milled flour.
Made from the whole grains of rye grass, it has a slightly sour, highly recognisable flavour. Rye flour is closely related to wheat flour and is specifically used to prepare rye bread and sourdough bread, which are genereally darker and denser with a distinctive flavour against other types of bread.

What are the nutritional benefits?
Rich in fibre, iron and a great source of antioxidants and nutrients including magnesium, zinc and selenium.
Where can I use it?
High of nutritional value and taste due to it's bran content, this flour will make not only a beautiful loaf of bread but can be used in the full range of baking (cakes, biscuits, scones, pizza bases...etc).
