Organic Hulled Millet (Foxtail Millet) — Ancient Grain, Gluten Free
One of humanity’s oldest cultivated grains — millet is mentioned in the Old Testament and has nourished civilisations for thousands of years. This certified organic hulled foxtail millet is mild and slightly sweet in flavour, naturally gluten free, and remarkably versatile: fluffy when steamed, creamy when cooked as porridge, or crunchy when toasted or fried. An underrated pantry staple that deserves a place in every whole-food kitchen.

As a breakfast porridge: Cook with extra water or plant milk for a creamy, warming porridge. Top with fruit, nuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
Toasted: Dry-toast in a pan before cooking for a nuttier, deeper flavour.
Also excellent in soups, salads, stir-fries, veggie burgers, and grain bowls. A wonderful gluten-free alternative to couscous or bulgur wheat.

Lovely sweet millet, really nice breakfast on a cold day. Yours are always such a lovely bright yellow, without the brittleness and dullness I've had from other places.
I was very pleased to locate this product online and then to find pick-up is in my town. I would have bought stoneground if it was still available but instead I grind it in a coffee grinder for my millet and cornmeal porridge (half&half). It is good quality millet and I'm impressed with the paper packaging (with see-through window) of all the products I received. Great personal service, thank you.
Great quality, and the delivery was done so quickly. Was very impressed with the quality! I use this as an alternate to rice, which is a staple for me!
I don't know where you source this product from but please know it is lovely and fresh and cheaper than most other places
