What is it?
Simple and natural - these are just flakes (or chips) of organic coconuts. The coconut palm is often called the 'Tree of Life' - and for good reason! Coconut is delicious, healthy and versatile.
What are the nutritional benefits?
Rich in dietary fibre, protein and healthy fats - low in sugar. Known to help with digestive health and to aid in metabolism. Low in sodium. Also full of manganese and copper - both essential for healthy skin, bones and teeth. A sweet nutritious snack!
Where can I use them?
One of the most delicious ways of eating coconut chips is to bake them in the oven with some coconut oil and organic sea salt then eat them like popcorn! Or, simply add them to smoothies or breakfast muesli and use in baking and desserts.

I normally get desiccated which was sold out so I dried the chip version and I'm converted. I started snacking and couldn't stop. Loads of flavour and texture
These coconut chips are really amazing. They are huge and somewhat thick and hold their shape when toasted and combined in crunchy granolas. As much as I love all the other forms of coconut, there\s something truly fun about the size and shape of these chips. Kids love them too as they don't get lost in the snack mixes. Superior product that I've been buying for over a year now.
Haven't used this as yet but want to make my own organic milk and want to try making €˜bacon' bits. Packaging great as always. Delivery swift! People are great to deal with.
We use these for scroggin, in baking, plain or toasted as a snack, and to make our own coconut milk. Cant do without them!
