What is it?

New Zealand grown, caffeine free coffee substitute, chicory coffee is made from roasted chicory roots.

Chicory is of the same family as dandelion but it's sweeter. It is a great coffee substitute in itself or with spices or ginger added. Golden Fields chicory is commercially grown on certified organic farms in New Zealand.

What are the nutritional benefits?

Studies have shown chicory can help digestion plus the function of the pancreas, liver and gall bladder. If you're looking to cut down on caffeine, it mixes well with real coffee for a less stimulating effect. Naturally caffeine free.
