Ceres Organics Rice Crackers are made with naturally gluten-free ingredients. They are sugar-free and are 98% fat-free.
Sesame seeds are an excellent source of many essential minerals as well as a very good source of vitamin B1 (thiamin) and dietary fibre. They contain (amongst others) high levels of zinc, magnesium and copper which are all essential for good health.
