We Offer Free Shipping within Auckland on Orders above $120.
We Offer Free Shipping NZ Wide on Orders above $270.
Packaging:
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at Family Pantry. Our organic bulk food repacks are packaged in biodegradable, compostable paper bags. For larger orders, we may use plain paper bags sealed with a simple strip of tape. Each parcel is thoughtfully packed in a recyclable cardboard box, with fragile items cushioned in newspaper and padding to keep everything safe and sound on its journey.

All prices on our website include 15% GST.

Auckland Area (Order value above $120): FREE
Auckland Area (Order value below $120): $7.99
North Island (Orders value above $270): FREE
North Island (Orders value below $270): $14.50
South Island (Order value Above $270): FREE
South Island (Order value Above $270): $22.00
No Rural Surcharge:
We believe that organic wholefoods should be accessible to everyone, which is why we don't add a surcharge for rural deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE:
The above rates apply to parcels up to 10kg gross weight. Orders exceeding this weight may attract additional delivery charges. Please contact us on sales@familypantry.nz and we can provide you with the shipping quote.
Pick up from Store:
If you wish to pick up your items from our residential address in Howick, contact us via sales@familypantry.nz or Text or Whatsapp on 02040141039 to arrange a pickup time.
Delivery Timeframes:
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, the usual transit times are:
North Island (Residential): 1-3 working days
South Island (Residential): 3-5 working days
For rural locations, please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Occasionally, there might be delays if we're waiting for products to arrive in stock. We will inform you via email should this be the case.
Not at Home for Delivery?
If you're not home, we will leave the delivery boxes by the front door unless instructed otherwise. If you have specific delivery instructions, please state them in the "Comments" field on the checkout page.
